By joining Viewmax Cooperative, you acknowledge that you are entering into a Consignment & Trade Agreement. You understand that this is not a direct equity investment in the Viewmax parent company.
Your participation involves purchasing bulk cinema ticket inventory at a discounted rate ("Wholesale Price").
The Cooperative subsequently sells this inventory to the general public at market rates. The difference between the Wholesale Price and the market price, minus operational costs, constitutes the "Trading Margin."
Revenue realized from ticket sales are settled to members as Sales Proceeds. Allocations are strictly proportional to the number of inventory units a member has funded. Payout schedules are determined by the specific project phase you have joined.
While the Cooperative facilitates retail sales based on cinema traffic, all settlements are contingent upon actual ticket sales performance. Past performance of cinema locations does not guarantee future results.
